Week of June 19-25:

Sunday: Rest 
Monday: 30 minute walk (4.0) and 15 minute walk home from gym. 
Tuesday: Had an interview/work all day.. oops! 
Wednesday: Rest

Week of June 12-18:

Sunday: Rest Day
Monday: 40 minute walk (4.0) + 10 minutes Stairmaster/Stepmill thing
Tuesday: 5K training + Fitnessista's Summer Shape up week #2
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: 5K training (approx 40 min worth of intervals)
Friday: Rest
Saturday: Oops... does doing laps around the mall count?  :P
